You must notify koko7 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. Do not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
Account security is a shared responsibility. koko7 employs HTTPS encryption and internal fraud detection measures to protect your account from unauthorized access. However, you must also take reasonable precautions on your own devices — such as using a strong unique password, logging out after each session on shared devices, and keeping your contact email address up to date. Players are fully liable for all activity that occurs under their account credentials unless there is clear evidence of platform-side error.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using koko7, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines. Failure to provide requested documents may result in temporary hold on withdrawal requests.
5. Payments, Transactions & Philippine Peso
koko7 processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, koko7's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether koko7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
koko7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of your use or inability to use the platform. Players who experience a technical fault during a game session should document the issue and contact support promptly. koko7 will investigate reported faults and apply a fair resolution in line with standard industry practice.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
koko7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games. Common grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, engaging in fraudulent betting behaviour, initiating chargebacks, or being found to be under 18 years of age.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete. koko7 will endeavour to complete investigations in a timely manner and will communicate the outcome to the email address registered on the account. Where a suspension results in permanent closure due to confirmed policy violation, any balance related to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting koko7 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to successful identity verification. Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming page will be processed within the timeframe stated on that page and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
